Leneita is the Ministry Coordinator of Urban Youth Impact, a ministry outreaching to at-risk youth in West Palm Beach, Florida. With over 16 years of experience in youth ministry, her early years were spent in camp ministry and as the youth pastor to a rural church. With the Lord’s moving the last 12 of those years have been spent ministering in three different cities in an inner city setting. Her responsibilities have included Bible based program direction for children ages 5-18 curriculum writing, staff training and recruiting, discipleship, and speaking. Her passion is to train up the next generation of urban youth workers in practical, relationship-driven methods for reaching the inner-city with the hope of Christ. Her life’s goal is for the heart of the city to so fully embrace the light, love and hope that Christ offers that she would be “out of a job”. One of her greatest joys is serving in ministry as a family with her husband and three wonderful children.
